Return & Refund Policy

At Shop4Me, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that all products ordered through our platform meet quality standards and are delivered in good condition to your child at school. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This Return and Refund Policy explains how we handle such situations.

1. Items Eligible for Return or Replacement

We accept returns or replacements for the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If an item arrives broken, expired, or not working as intended.
  • Wrong Item Delivered: If the item delivered is not what was ordered.
  • Missing Items: If an order arrives incomplete or with missing products.

2. Items NOT Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery:

  • Toiletries (e.g., soap, toothpaste, sanitary pads)
  • Food items and groceries
  • Opened or used products
  • Personal clothing (e.g., innerwear)

3. Return Request Timeframe

All return or refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the item being delivered to the school or designated pickup point.

After 48 hours, we will assume that the delivery was accepted in good condition and will not be able to process any claims.

4. Return Process

To request a return or refund:

  1. Contact our support team via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
  2. Provide the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable).
  3. Our team will assess your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours.
  4. If approved, we will arrange for:
    • A replacement to be delivered, or
    • A refund to be issued using the original payment method.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be sent via the original payment method (e.g., mobile money, bank transfer).
  • In some cases, a credit or voucher may be offered as an alternative.

6. Delivery Failures

If an item cannot be delivered due to incorrect school or student information provided by the buyer, we will contact the buyer to resolve the issue. If unresolved within 3 days, the item may be returned to our warehouse, and a refund (minus delivery fees) may be issued at our discretion.
