Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Shop4Me, we understand how important it is for students to receive their essential supplies safely and on time. That’s why we’ve developed a school-centered delivery system that ensures timely and reliable shipping to your child’s school or designated pickup location.

1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to:

  • Partnered boarding and day schools
  • Selected pickup stations as communicated during checkout
  • Other locations as agreed upon between Shop4Me and the parent/guardian

If your child’s school is not yet supported, please contact us to see how we can assist.

2. Delivery Schedule

Orders are processed and dispatched on the specific days for that location after payment confirmation, subject to:

  • Product availability
  • School access schedules
  • Weather or transport disruptions

Typical delivery timelines:

  • Urban/central schools: 1–5 business days
  • Upcountry schools: 3–5 business days

We will notify you once the order is out for delivery and upon successful drop-off.

3. Delivery Coordination with Schools

We work closely with school administrators to ensure that deliveries are made at appropriate times (e.g., during visiting days, designated delivery hours, or through a school contact person). All deliveries are recorded and confirmed.

If a school refuses or delays a delivery, Shop4Me will contact the parent/guardian for next steps.

 

4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on school location.
  • Promotions or free delivery offers may apply on selected products or order values.

5. Failed Deliveries

A delivery is considered failed if:

  • The school cannot accept the delivery
  • The recipient student cannot be located or verified
  • Incorrect delivery information is provided

In such cases, we will attempt to contact the parent/guardian. If the issue is not resolved within 3 days, the item may be returned to our warehouse and a redelivery fee may be charged.

6. Tracking Orders

Parents can track their order status by:

  • Logging into their Shop4Me account
  • Contacting our customer care team via phone, WhatsApp, or email

We also send regular updates on order status and delivery progress.
