Welcome to Shop4Me. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Shop4Me website, mobile app, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

To use Shop4Me, you must:

  • Be a parent or legal guardian, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration or checkout.

2. Our Services

Shop4Me provides an online marketplace for parents and guardians to shop for school-related products for their children. We offer:

  • A curated selection of school supplies, personal items, uniforms, groceries, and more.
  • Delivery coordination with selected partner schools or designated pickup locations.
  • Multiple secure payment options.

3. Orders and Fulfillment

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Orders can only be delivered to partner schools or designated delivery locations.
  • Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled unless otherwise approved by Shop4Me.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, school schedule, and stock availability.

4. Payments

  • Payments must be made in full before order processing.
  • Accepted payment methods include mobile money, debit/credit cards, and other methods approved by Shop4Me.
  • Shop4Me does not store card or mobile money details.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Refunds or replacements are available only for:
    • Damaged items
    • Wrong items delivered
    • Items not delivered
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful activity.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under your login.
  • You agree not to impersonate another user or provide false information.

7. Data Privacy

  • By using Shop4Me, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
  • We collect only the data necessary to fulfill your orders and improve your user experience.
  • Your data is never sold to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Shop4Me Platform—including logos, product descriptions, graphics, and software—is owned by or licensed to Shop4Me. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shop4Me is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by schools or third-party logistics providers.
  • Misuse of the Platform by users.
  • Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided during ordering.

10. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes implies your acceptance. We will notify users of significant updates.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in courts within the same jurisdiction.
